Life Sciences Case Studies
- Starting in 2006, Global Translations has been providing Orion CRO, a leading London-based contact research organization, with a wide range of translations. This includes translation of clinical protocols to Danish, Italian and Spanish; translation of Patient Information Leaflets (PIL) and Diary Cards to Arabic, Dutch, German, Norwegian; and translation of various clinical reports and documents from Hebrew, Norwegian, Turkish, Spanish, French, German, Italian into English.
- In 2005 and 2006, Global Translations translated a series of Informed Consent Forms (ICF) from English to Spanish for CTMS Inc., a leading contact research organization. The sponsor of the clinical research protocol was GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). All translations were certified according to client guidelines.
- In 2005 we translated a wide range of clinical trial documents for Impliant, a developer of motion-preserving implants (http://www.global-translation-services.com). Documents were translated into Brazilian Portuguese, Flemish, French and Dutch, and included CRF (Case Report Forms), Patient questionnaires and lab studies.
- Resperate is an interactive breathing device used by tens of thousands of men and women nationwide to lower blood pressure (http://www.resperate.com). Global Translations provided the voice recordings for the machine instruction tones in Japanese. Additionally, we localized their website and the Flash multimedia presentation in the website into French, Italian, Spanish, German and Japanese.
- Starting in 2006, Global Translations has been providing PPD, a leading global contract research organization, with translation of Informed Consent Forms (ICFs) into Hebrew, Russian and Arabic. Most translations require back translation from Hebrew, Russian and Arabic into English as well as validation of the translation. All translations are certified by Global Translations.
