To better protect your privacy, we provide this privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) explaining our online information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used at this Site. Among other things, this Site offers an online translation system which allows users to translate web pages into different languages and an online system for ordering professional translation services (the “Translation Services”). The Translation Services are governed by this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.

When ordering Translation Services, you will be prompted to provide billing information. All billing information that we collect through the Site is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for our services. This billing information is not used by us for marketing or promotional purposes.

From time to time we conduct surveys in which you may voluntarily refer to different questions and disclose certain information such as demographic information.
Any information, video, image, data, text, documents, or other content posted at your direction of user onto a public area of the Site becomes publicly published content and will be available to all users of the Site even if such content contains Personal Information. Please note that if you publish your contact information, you may receive unsolicited messages from users and visitors to the Site. The Way We Use Personal Information

For users that register on our website, we store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits customers of GTS who are California residents to request certain information regarding its disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
